Service description

StripShot is a browser-based tool that removes metadata from image files. All processing runs locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or process your images on our servers.

Free and Pro tiers

Free users may strip up to 3 images per week. Pro subscribers ($9/month) have unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your billing portal.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Account access

Pro access is tied to a single device at a time. Restoring access on a new device will deactivate your previous session. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You may use StripShot for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the images you process and how you use the output. We are not responsible for any consequences of removing metadata from images.

Disclaimer

StripShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to remove all metadata accurately, we cannot guarantee that every metadata tag will be detected or removed in every case. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this tool.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StripShot after changes constitutes acceptance.
